Analytics settings
Google Analytics loads only with consent. We measure visits, traffic sources, pages viewed, contact clicks, guide and chat use, and successful enquiries. Names, emails, phone numbers, messages and guide answers are not sent. Google processes technical data and pseudonymous browser identifiers; advertising and Google Signals are disabled. The _ga and _ga_* cookies last up to 6 months without renewal on every visit; the consent choice stays in localStorage for up to 6 months. Detailed event data is retained for 2 months; aggregate reports may remain longer. Change your choice in the footer. Withdrawal stops further measurement and removes these cookies, but does not automatically erase previously lawfully collected data.
Form protection
The final form step loads Google reCAPTCHA to prevent unwanted messages. Google processes browser technical data and interactions and sets the security cookie _GRECAPTCHA. The server also verifies the result; a failed check prevents sending. Short-lived pseudonymised email and enquiry identifiers limit repeats, without saving message content in security records. You can contact Vedrana by phone or email without using the form.
The guide and your choice
The guide processes selected interests in your browser. Preferences remain in sessionStorage until the tab closes. They reach Vedrana only if you choose to attach a summary to your enquiry. Do not enter diagnoses or other sensitive information.
Contact enquiries
Your name, email, optional phone number, message and selected interest are used to answer your enquiry and discuss the arrangements you request. The basis is taking steps at your request before a potential contract, or a legitimate interest in answering a general question. Messages reach info@vedranaflow.com and are forwarded to Vedrana’s Gmail inbox. The form does not automatically book a session.
Website conversations
Ask me is an automated assistant providing information about Vedrana’s sessions. Personal arrangements are confirmed by Vedrana. Sending a message requests an answer processed by an external chat provider; the text and up to six previous messages are sent. Contact form data is not sent to the chat provider. We do not save conversation content in an application database or log. The chat provider may retain security logs for up to 30 days, longer in exceptional circumstances under its policies. Email is available without using chat.
Providers and retention
Namecheap provides hosting and email; Google/Gmail processes forwarded email and the external chat provider linked below processes chat messages. Processing may involve countries outside the EEA; applicable terms and transfer mechanisms are described in the provider policies linked below. Email is kept while needed to answer, make arrangements and meet related legal obligations or claims. Contact Vedrana to request deletion of unnecessary correspondence.
Security
To prevent abuse, the application temporarily keeps pseudonymised counters and request identifiers without message content. Records expire within 24 hours and are removed during subsequent processing. The host may keep separate access and security logs. The basis is a legitimate interest in operating a secure website. There is no marketing tracking or automated decision-making with legal effects.
Your rights
Email info@vedranaflow.com to request access, correction, deletion or restriction and, where applicable, portability or to object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may also contact a data protection supervisory authority, including AZOP in Croatia.
