Reiki
Reiki is a complementary practice with a spiritual energy-work framework. Vedrana offers gentle individual sessions, in person or at a distance.
Reiki in Vedrana’s practice
Within this tradition, the name Reiki is associated with universal life energy. For Vedrana it is a spiritual practice she cultivates in daily life, sessions and initiations. It does not require belonging to a particular religion.
As a Reiki master, Vedrana emphasises gentleness, quiet and time for yourself. In her own experience, Reiki connects with listening to intuition and relating to herself and others. These are personal experiences, not a promise that everyone will feel the same.
An individual meeting can take place in person or online from a quiet space at home. A package of four individual sessions is also available for those seeking continuity.
What to expect
Before the session, discuss expectations and whether hands will lightly touch or hover above the body. Comfort and consent should be clear before you begin.
The meeting offers time for quiet and personal observation. Warmth, rest or no particular sensation are not measures of success and need not be compared with others’ experiences.
Scientific evidence does not establish Reiki as effective for any health condition or confirm its proposed energy field. Approach it as a personal wellness experience with realistic expectations.
