VEDRANA · At your pace. In your own way.
Individual work and personal growth
Individual work begins with your story and what you wish to explore. Vedrana describes conversation, guided visualisation and spiritual personal-development practices.
Your story as a starting point
As a personal-growth coach, Vedrana starts by listening to your story. Conversation, guided visualisation and spiritual practices are chosen around the session’s theme. Her approach values small, clear steps and listening to your needs over finding one final answer.
Forgiveness is one possible theme. Conversation and visualisation offer a way to explore thoughts and feelings without rushing. Forgiveness does not mean excusing someone’s behaviour or having to restore a relationship. Self-acceptance, patience and your own pace matter.
Vedrana particularly enjoys working with women and women’s circles, with space for mutual support and creativity. Within her spiritual framework, she also explores a balance between what she calls feminine and masculine energy. Contact her directly about these meetings.
What to expect
The conversation explores interests and expectations. You do not need to share experiences you prefer to keep private or arrive with a major life goal.
Practices are discussed according to the topic and your consent. The meeting may also include forgiveness work; forgiveness is not an obligation, an excuse for harmful conduct or a condition of progress.
This work is not presented as psychotherapy or a health service. For that kind of support, contact an appropriately qualified professional.
What might draw you to this practice
If you would like to talk about personal values, changes or everyday choices first, individual work offers room to ask questions and learn about the approach.
Questions you can ask
- What is the scope of your work and which methods do you use?
- How do we choose the topic and boundaries together?
- Can we clarify expectations before deciding on a session?
These practices belong to personal development and complementary wellness. They do not replace medical or psychological diagnosis or treatment. Experiences and outcomes vary.
