A small decision you can actually carry out
“I want more time for myself” gives a direction, but not an action. Choose one situation: evening phone use, accepting another task or a crowded weekend. Find a place where you have some real room to decide.

Compare two workable options
Compare leaving your phone outside the bedroom with silencing it during dinner. For each option, note the benefit, likely obstacle and any agreement needed. If another person is involved, that conversation is part of the action, not a detail to skip.
Try an experiment, not a permanent verdict
For easily reversible everyday choices, use a short trial. “I will keep two evenings free this week” is clearer than “I will always choose myself.” Major financial, medical or legal decisions need different information and appropriate expertise; this exercise concerns small daily habits.
Decide when to review
At the end of the week ask whether the plan was possible, whether it suited you and what got in the way. Adjust the action or timing. One attempt does not define your character; the schedule or agreement may simply need work.
When choosing a starting point feels difficult
Vedrana’s individual work includes listening and small, clear decisions. Bring a specific situation and ask how that conversation works. The decision remains yours; a meeting is not a promise that somebody else will organise your life.
