Time for yourself: start with a small space in your day
Self-care can become another task list. Start with a moment that already exists: a few minutes after a morning drink, a short walk or quiet before bed. You need not buy anything or build a whole routine immediately.

Choose something specific
Ask what would feel pleasant and possible today: a few pages of a book, time without your phone or a note about what is on your mind. These are ideas to explore, not a universal recipe for feeling better.
Allow yourself to change
If your plan does not work, consider whether it was too big or impractical. Make it smaller, move it or choose something else. Time for yourself is not proof of discipline. If you want to discuss what matters to you, an individual meeting can introduce Vedrana’s approach before further decisions.
Find real space rather than an ideal schedule
Look at the next three days for a small opening: part of a break, time before going out or a moment after dinner. Do not take time away from sleep or essential care to turn rest into another task. If others share your schedule, a specific request helps: “I would like half an hour without commitments on Thursday; can we arrange that?”
Choose what that space is for
Time for yourself need not be productive. Sit, walk, listen to music or contact someone whose company you enjoy. If rest has become another list of goals, choose just one thing. A guided meeting can be one way to set time aside, but it is not a requirement. You can ask Vedrana about a quieter practice without committing to an appointment.
